To ensure every treatment is carried out safely and comfortably, a skin test is required for certain services, including colour treatments and selected advanced beauty treatments. Skin testing helps us check for any sensitivities or allergies and allows us to tailor your service to you with complete confidence.

Tests are quick and simple, and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you’re unsure whether your service requires a skin test, our team will be happy to guide you we’re here to make sure your experience is not only amazing but safe too.

At TATE, the safety and well being of all our clients, including children is our top priority. To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we ask that children are only permitted in the salon when having a treatment for safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you, whilst you are having a treatment.

Our salon offers a complimentary customer car park located at the rear of the building. Access to this car park can be gained by taking the driveway located between the veterinary clinic and Ransomes.

Once on the track, continue towards the left side until you reach our salon garden. From there, you can enter through the black back door that leads to the main salon.
